CulinaryPrep’s Sweet Cajun Teriyaki Chicken Wings

So I’m passing on a recipe for crazy good chicken wings

CP’s Sweet Cajun Teriyaki Chicken Wings Ingredients:

  • 24 whole chicken wings, split
  • 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying, yup 2 quarts
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of “pick a cajun seasoning”
  • 1/4 cup honey

How to Prepare:

  1. Tumble the wings in your CulinaryPrep  and season with Teriyaki Marinade according to directions and weight
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the honey, lime juice, Cajun spice, lime peel, garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Place the flour in a plastic bag and shake the chicken wings in the flour to coat.
  4. In a large skillet, fry the chicken wings in hot, 1 inch deep oil until cooked through.
  5. Place the cooked wings in the honey/lime mixture and toss to coat well.
  6. Serve immediately.

Cooked these for football Sunday.
